“We were quite hesitant to bring our 2019 TESLA to Safelite service station to have our windshield replaced. However, with a little bit of research and speaking with our State Farm agent, we felt comfortable with having Safelite replace the windshield and calibrate the windshield to the proper safety specs. We were able to drop off the vehicle and a few hours later went to pick it up. The windshield is perfect. All the cameras are working properly. And we were even sent a certificate of confirmation showing that the windshield was calibrated to the manufacturers certifications! Highly recommend bringing your new car with safety features to the Safelite dealership in Georgetown, Delaware!”

Pierce , the Estimator was Professional and Knowledgeable with all sorts of High Tech Software that communicated directly with my Insurance Carrier. I was given a date when the work was to be started and when it would be completed. Confession, prior to entering the Office I took a peek in to the shop through a small window and was impressed with how neat and clean it was , The work was completed a day earlier than estimated. Now this was not a 123 and finished. A huge truck and I side swiped each other requiring new doors quarter fender etc. yet when the work was completed
you would never know it was hit, alignment, paint etc like new. I
