“My business acct somehow became cross referenced. Ms. NOCK, Georgetown Manager, and two associates/tellers (Dom and Laua) reviewed and corrected, a mistake I had made. Great ladies, very professional and knowledgable and a great organization. Thank you for being my banking institution.”

“I would like to give a well-deserved compliment and kudos to Cody in the main customer service branch of Fulton Bank. I contacted him regarding an ACH debit that was currently pending and told him that I had canceled this account with this creditor and that I did not want this payment to go through on my account. Cody was able to go into my account and he put a stop payment on any current and future withdrawals from this company. When I looked at my online banking the next day after speaking with Cody everything had been taken care of. So I did not have to worry about any overdraft charges. I would just like to say thank you very much for your help Cody and you should be rewarded and commended!! Thank you again for all your help! Linda Browning”

“I opened my account online, and I was locked out of mobile banking for about 3 days approximately. However, I went into the branch and the branch manager was on lunch. No biggie! So, the branch associate available named April was super kind, polite, and very, very professional. She helped me get back into online banking in less then 5 minutes, and she helped me set up my online access and made sure I got in before I walked out of the branch. She was absolutely phenomenal. Thank you April for helping me today, you we're absolutely fantastic! - Eric Adkins”

“Just a thank you to Javier for helping me with my banking needs today. He is courteous & knowledgeable and above all patient. In this crazy world of ours its nice to know there are still people who care. (The tellers at the Georgetown branch are A+ also) 👍”
