Jim greeted us immediately and then bounced between every group of customers making sure we were all taken care of without missing a beat. He was attentive but did not pressure us. Explained everything about delivery and warranty. When we were deciding between 2 adjustable frames, he not only explained the differences but showed us so we made an informed decision. Great customer service and very pleasant to deal with.”
