“We called Sharp Energy, our propane supplier, because we smelled gas in the yard. They sent someone out right away. It was Josh O’Bier. In a word, he was excellent. He was patient, clear, consultative and a problem solver. Turns out there was a huge leak at the tank, and his alarm was clear. He got the leak repaired with a temporary fix, and a permanent fix will occur shortly. Cannot say enough about Josh O’Bier’s customer service and performance. We now need to turn to Sharp Energy’s back office to deal with the lost gas expense from the leak and we hope that experience can match the one we had with Josh O’Bier.”

“Driver just left my house on a Saturday nite, January 4 at 8:45. They were supposed to deliver earlier today but the original driver had an emergency. We rescheduled for tomorrow but something went wrong with a ticket for tomorrow and one of the drivers said not to worry about it, he would deliver tonite. I don't know his name but he was driver #10880 in truck #PT231. Tho our tank wasn't completely empty, he came to the door to see if we needed help to start it if it needed restarting. Because of him and the help of the after hours on call person who took the call, I give them a 5 star rating. Customer service like that deserves recognition and appreciation. Thank you.”
