“We had a gentleman come out to our residence in Lewes to check for a gas leak. He found none which was certainly good news. But why I am writing this is the technicians name was Brad and I cannot tell you what a great person he was. He took the time to not only give information on gas usage in general but he was extraordinarily nice and very patient. Please let him know about my comments and please pass this on to his bosses. “Okay I will be straight to the issue. Your lady’s that answered all calls or very polite and professional. Second your supervisor I believe just has to much on his plate. Understand that you can’t be around the calls 24/7 other than that okay Except one detail charging for hazard delivery. Went I drove tractor trailer owner I had to pay for my hazard license to haul hazard material and talk to lots of local drivers to they had to do the same and show the company that they are updated on hazard class—A -B-H- M yes take the test every-2- yearPlus plus pay for the endorsements on my license thanks”
