“Wright & Simon was the very best choice we could have made for my son's first suit. Leonard Simon took the time to get to know the vision for the suit then got right to work pulling jackets, fabrics, colors, pants and meticulously measuring every angle for precise fit. He recommends that you come in with the shoe you will be wearing so the length of the pant will sit just right. Once the process was complete and we received the suit, it was perfect. He tried it on and no adjustments were needed. He felt good, looked good and we were very happy with the final product. There were no delays or hiccups, no extended waiting time to receive the suit and no extra sales or hassle. It is best to call ahead of time and schedule your visit. He likes to provide each customer with their own time and attention. It is personally handled by him, it is not like a department store where you walk in, browse around for a basic suit then talk to the sales person. The suits are worth every penny and will be in your wardrobe for years to come. I can say that Leonard is terse and abrupt. If you can get past his straight forward way with words and not take his bluntness personal then you'll be fine. He is never disrespectful, takes his time, works with you, shows thoughtfulness and wants to do the best job. He is well known and respected and does excellent work. We would definitely go back again and highly recommend.”
“This vans store is great! Very clean and very well stocked. There wasnt a size in any shoe we asked for that they didnt have. Every member of staff was friendly and kind to everyone who walked in but king was the man! His customer service is phenominal. King helped us find the perfect shoe for everyone in my group who were looking. He was patient and he gave amazing advice and connected with us! We will be asking for him to help us each time we go!!!”
“I bought a suit today and it was a really smooth and easy process. Sam was a tremendous help in assisting me. He worked through three separate customers efficiently providing great customer service. “Understaffed on the day I visited at lunch. Had to wait. But staff were hustling.
A couple of quick decisions and I was done. Took a week to get alterations done :-(
Anyway, I ended up with a good looking suit, and a new shirt, for $375. Not bad.”

“I like to "peruse" if one can actually do that to a store like you would a book. It is more than just browsing it is looking for clothes, but doing so while trying to think of the styles the Gap had when i was much much younger. I remember thinking of how tough it must be for traditional retailers to compete with Amazon and other online marketplaces. It was nice to see it clean and well organized.”

“Always a great experience here. Prices are very reasonable for good quality clothing. Sales are always incredible! Staff has always been kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and Courteous. I'm able to dress the whole family and the variety is great from active wear, sleep wear, t shirt and jeans wear, even business casual. Store always look well organized which makes it easy to find the size in the style that I'm looking for. As I said it's always a great experience when I step into this Old Navy store.”

“I don't often shop this location because I live closer to the Glen Eagle location but after a TERRIBLE experience at glen eagle I decided to shop Christiana. The store has a much better selection but more importantly the staff greeted me immediately and engaged with me during my whole shopping experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. “I went to the men's fragrance counter to pick a birthday gift for a friend and when I say THE SERVICE I received from Sharon was impeccable I mean it was amazing! Unsure as to which fragrance I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied with what I brought. Nowadays the shopping experiences are just so BLAH most of the sales representatives are so cold and semi-rude. “I went to JoS. A. Bank last night, and had a wonderful experience. Lyndsey helped me with my request to get two pairs of pants hemmed as soon as possible. The man who does the hemming, Ash, kindly offered to do it on an expedited basis so that I could have my pants in time for my upcoming trip to China. Laila was also extremely helpful. She suggested I get the pairs of pants they had in stock that were one size too long and have them hemmed - rather than ordering the correct length and still having to have them hemmed. This ordering would have probably not made my travel deadline. She came up with this great solution! And at checkout she reminded me of my $50 store credit which I had forgotten! I will definitely continue to go to JoS. A. Bank in Greenville!”
