“Wright & Simon was the very best choice we could have made for my son's first suit. Leonard Simon took the time to get to know the vision for the suit then got right to work pulling jackets, fabrics, colors, pants and meticulously measuring every angle for precise fit. He recommends that you come in with the shoe you will be wearing so the length of the pant will sit just right. Once the process was complete and we received the suit, it was perfect. He tried it on and no adjustments were needed. He felt good, looked good and we were very happy with the final product. There were no delays or hiccups, no extended waiting time to receive the suit and no extra sales or hassle. It is best to call ahead of time and schedule your visit. He likes to provide each customer with their own time and attention. It is personally handled by him, it is not like a department store where you walk in, browse around for a basic suit then talk to the sales person. The suits are worth every penny and will be in your wardrobe for years to come. I can say that Leonard is terse and abrupt. If you can get past his straight forward way with words and not take his bluntness personal then you'll be fine. He is never disrespectful, takes his time, works with you, shows thoughtfulness and wants to do the best job. He is well known and respected and does excellent work. We would definitely go back again and highly recommend.”
“This vans store is great! Very clean and very well stocked. There wasnt a size in any shoe we asked for that they didnt have. Every member of staff was friendly and kind to everyone who walked in but king was the man! His customer service is phenominal. King helped us find the perfect shoe for everyone in my group who were looking. He was patient and he gave amazing advice and connected with us! We will be asking for him to help us each time we go!!!”

“I don't often shop this location because I live closer to the Glen Eagle location but after a TERRIBLE experience at glen eagle I decided to shop Christiana. The store has a much better selection but more importantly the staff greeted me immediately and engaged with me during my whole shopping experience. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Kudos to the leadership team for hiring and development such a diverse and passionate team. I will definitely go out of my way to shop this location. Thank you!”
“I went to the men's fragrance counter to pick a birthday gift for a friend and when I say THE SERVICE I received from Sharon was impeccable I mean it was amazing! Unsure as to which fragrance I wanted. She went above and beyond to make sure I would be satisfied with what I brought. Nowadays the shopping experiences are just so BLAH most of the sales representatives are so cold and semi-rude. She was a breath of fresh air and Macy's should be proud to have her represent their company. If you are in the fragrance department and would like a great shopping experience ask for Sharon you won't be disappointed!”

I was looking for items for my fiancé, and everyone in the store was accommodating. It made me feel almost like a celebrity. I would give them a five-star rating. The staff was available to help me pick colors that would match the items I was looking for. I appreciate their assistance, and I will revisit this store. “I like to "peruse" if one can actually do that to a store like you would a book. It is more than just browsing it is looking for clothes, but doing so while trying to think of the styles the Gap had when i was much much younger. I remember thinking of how tough it must be for traditional retailers to compete with Amazon and other online marketplaces. It was nice to see it clean and well organized.”

I'm able to dress the whole family and the variety is great from active wear, sleep wear, t shirt and jeans wear, even business casual. Store always look well organized which makes it easy to find the size in the style that I'm looking for. As I said it's always a great experience when I step into this Old Navy store.”
