“I got overconfident in my garage and tried to replace some calipers & hoses. A few stripped and cross-threaded bolts later, I had a real mess on my hands. Mark at Doug's Auto really helped me out of a jam and got me back on the road within a day and a half very affordably. He had the chance to upsell me by insisting on replacing x,y and z, but he opted to just simply fix my mistake like I asked.Great shop - they're few and far between these days with all the corporate outfits out there. “My husband & I are truck drivers and were running 2 separate trucks up Rt. 1 when I blew an inside rear trailer tire. I took the next exit and headed south on rt. 13 toward the rest area to figure out what to do. I found Mike's Tire Repair online and incidentally, it was less than a mile away. I was able to limp it there, unfortunately, they didn't have the size tire I needed. The nice young man that helped me, who was very polite, knowledgeable and efficient took it upon himself to call around and found a tire 40 miles away. He went above and beyond the call of duty by going and getting this tire for me!! And got it on promptly so I could get back on the road. Thank you, Guys for saving the day! Will definitely keep this local family business in mind for any future tire needs!”

“Literally Saved Us!When our RV broke down on a Saturday, on a blind corner of a narrow road, we thought we were going to have to get it towed. We made several calls to surrounding area emergency road side assistance companies but each said they either could not help, it would have to be towed for diagnostics, and/or we’d have to wait until Monday. Robert at #RMRAuto stepped up when nobody else would! He responded right away and helped us troubleshoot over the phone to ensure he had all the right supplies with him. He then drove over an hour to come assist us with the repair. Could not have done it without him!!! Thank you Sir for your troubleshooting, ingenuity, and overall kindness and understanding!!! “The check engine was on my 2008 Dodge Ram. It had been at three other shops over the past two years. They would work on it and reset the light after going approximately 60 miles the light came back on. Taking it to True Street Automotive, Sky told me that he would find out what was causing it to come on and he would worked on it until he got it fixed. This he did and only charged what the original quote was and some extra parts needed. The cost was less than any other shop had quoted me. I would recommend this shop to everyone.
