“Had a damaged tire (inside sidewall rip) and didn't need a new tire with other 3 that had 25% life left. Found Cook's Tire in Goldsboro that had the right size tire and gave them a chance. Really glad I did! Great little out of the way shop that does more than tires. A very nice, comfortable waiting area with snacks and drinks available at a reasonable price. Staff were very nice and extremely helpful. The tech in the garage was very detailed oriented for just a simple tire change. He ensured the psi matched the door panel sticker and torqued each of the lug nuts to specification. I haven't seen my tires on any of my vehicles torqued for at least 20 years. I will be calling Cook's Tires and Auto Repair for future service needs in addition to tires.”

I usually take my car to Valvoline for oil changes, but I know there are some things Valvoline just can’t do with the drive thru nature of their business. Just needed an oil change, tire rotation and a full inspection of my car. I called and got in the same afternoon! The woman I spoke to on the phone and who helped me at the desk when I arrived was very helpful and friendly. The mechanics did a great job with what I needed done, and the price was so so reasonable. I will definitely be coming here again! It’s a small little shop, but the whole experience was extremely pleasant from start to finish :) thanks for great service!”
