“The staff were friendly and my rental was quick and easy. All the employees wore masks and there are protective clear barriers between customers and desk workers. They have a policy to reimburse you for gas if you fill it up past a certain point. Initially I did not receive the reimbursement even though I filled up the tank, but the staff were happy to get my problem resolved!”

“Picked up some shipping boxes to move my industrial laundry equipment to a new facility 1 mile away. The 100lb washer fit perfectly in the cardboard boxes they provided. The truck was plenty spacious enough to fit all the laundry equipment and make 2 trips only. Super friendly customer service as well. Easy to rent and return trucks. I had to move 5 washers and 6 dryers. Due to weight limit on truck I had to make 2-3 trips one mile back and forth not bad. Fair prices as well. Thanks for providing a positive experience for me and my washers and dryers got to the new warehouse safe and sound thanks to ur trucks. If it wasn’t for ur truck I would have had to ask uncle Joe to lend me his small pickup truck and it would have been a pain in the ass.”
