We knew what type of watch my wife and I each wanted and she immediately knew the specs and helpful in providing us with a watch that just came in that day! These were going to be our first Rolex watches and wedding watches at that, and she was very sympathetic at our tight timeline on getting these watches. We were searching for our pair for a couple months and met many people along the way but Hilda was the most efficient and kindest sales associate we had the pleasure to meet. She was also meticulous in asking our preference for other watches and gave us helpful tips on staying in touch. This is the only boutique we would wholeheartedly recommend.”
“Fast-Fix staff not only quickly replaced the battery in my watch, they informed me I did not need to resize my ring. The ring only needed to be rounded again, which they did, and then they cleaned it. And both watch services were without charges! I will be back because honestly is the best policy!”

“When my fiance was finding an engagement ring, he really wanted to find a place to trust and help him with every step of the process. He went to a few stores before finding AR Morris, and the other places kept throwing multiple rings at him for a quick sale. The guy he sat with at AR, really took the time, asked questions about us, what he's looking for, how he's gonna propose, etc. Of course I said yes and I love love the Verragio ring and we have now been trying to figure out what wedding bands we want. Clare is so professional, friendly, and attentive. I brought my mom and sister with me when purchasing the bands and they had a positive experience with her too. My mom is now considering getting her anniversary band from them! They do a great job with excellent selection. We go today to pick up our bands!”

“Great jewelers! Took a watch in that needed a spring bar inserted into the strap (one had fallen out) and also to replace the battery. The lady working there quickly took the watch, replaced the battery, put a new spring bar in to fix the strap, reset the time and I was on my way in less than ten minutes! Great service. On a side note, lots of lovely jewelry pieces in the store. Highly recommend!”
“I've known the Stein family for years. My mom's engagement ring came from Jimmy and both of my brother's purchased their engagement rings from Jimmy as well. Most recently I got to work with Edward on a special, unique purchase. Thankfully through the use of technology, social media, and a long history of trusting Stuart Kingston, I was able to buy the ring of my dreams. Edward walked/talked me and my mom (she in Delaware and I in Boston) through the purchase of a spectacular ring that I first saw on their Instagram page! Living in Boston (with an ongoing global pandemic) it was not exactly easy to pop down to Delaware and try on the ring. That's where Edward and Jimmy are so great. My mom was able to stop by, see the ring in person while on FaceTime with me, while Edward educated me about the stone and it's history. In less than 24 hours the ring was mine! “A surprisingly well-stocked antique mall and notably crowded on our visit. Merchandise includes antiques, collectibles, and ephemera. Store has a peculiar aisle layout that seems to work, but makes for distance to the counter for locked showcase help. Staff member was particularly helpful in pointing out like items in a different location. The clientele was a bit different than expected and included young parents with kids. Most of the prices seemed reasonable though several of the glass cases with better quality items exhibited over-the-top expectations.”
“Haven't been in one of these in ages and the wife suggested we take a look. Used to go here all the time looking for snarky birthday cards and other gag gifts. Place has changed a bit: yes, the lava lamps were still there and they had some nice anime goods. The back of the store was interesting. Lots of um, toys and lotions and let's say this isn't a good place to take the kids. At any rate, if you're looking for something unusual, stop here first. Fun note: when we went, they were asking for donations to send to the ACLU to help them fight all of the trans bans. We donated. They bring out a cowbell then sent us to the Pride flag to sign it. Good experience.”
