“They have 2 store cats that Wonder around named Lovey and Dillon. most of the time they also have kittens for adoption that also wonder around.They are also dog friendly, so you can bring your dog inside.They also donate to animal charity's.Last December they held a photo opertnedy where you could take a picture with your dog and the grinch.”

“The staff are always helpful and kind. The first time I took my puppy, he threw up his entire breakfast. The staff calmly got me what I needed to clean it up and helped me. Mickey is 5 months now and no longer doing that! He enjoys perusing the aisles, smelling bags, picking out a toy, and admiring the hamsters, ferrets, and cats. Great adventure on a hot or rainy day.”
“Lots of selection. Owner is a character, and knows his stuff. Great for reptile and aquatic supplies. I stop by monthly for my snakes' preferred food and have had great success with the fish I've bought here.”
“We purchased the xl heavy duty cat tree and it did not disappoint. We have had it for a few months now and our cats love it. It is sturdy and strong and holds up to our big boys. My one cat has already managed to tear a little bit of the carpet from the ladder leading up to the bed but I would rather he tear up his tree then my furniture or house. Love it and recommend.”

“This location is such a nice place to shop at. First of all, the people who work here are FRIENDLY and they smile. They help you if you need it but are not overly pushy. Second, they are well stocked in the things my family has personally looked for (which is random- everything from rubber floor matting to dog food to deer food to garden plants)The store is also always clean .They seamlessly offer curbside pick up as needed or on site pick up. Communication is clear and consistent with orders or order status. You may be looking for garden soil or chicken wire here, but you are also guaranteed to find customer service. P.S: the chicks are adorable + 1 star extra for them, They always look well cared for, watered and fed.”

“We have been using Joanie for several years to maintain our dogs” nails. She has convinced our extremely nervous dog to allow his nails to be trimmed when no one else could! She is gentle, encouraging and kind when she has worked with our two pups. We would highly recommend her and will continue to have her take care of our two .”

“Staff is super helpful. I brought my cats in as I could not figure out harness that animal emotional support sent me. They sent me small dog instead of small cat. The staff fit proper harnesses & leashes to both my cats. My cats have never been upstairs. I need to find out how to train them to walk on the leashes. But the harnesses are on so I am halfway there.”

“The staff was very friendly to us and our puppy, Cooper. My dog has a wood chewing problem which includes our fence and shed! The store clerk recommended a spray to deter and train him. He was knowledgeable about the product and explained the 100% return policy if it didn't work.”
“Always loved this place. Lived on Harrow. Still have a stray cat that caused a commotion outside the store doors, and when my husband and I decided to adopt him, the manager on duty came out with a bag of toys, treats, food and other supplies. Free of charge she said. This was over 10 years ago and I still think about it.”
“Went there not to busy. Lots of parking. Went after free prime100 lamb/ pumpkin. Quick easy with coupon from Google web ads. In there out of there no problem. Early morning not much business yet. And was right at front door refrigerator. Something new for my puppy dogs all 7. Thanksgiving dinner and date on item even that close. So was worth the trip even though not on my regular route. Just happened that Giant was across rt1 from it. So got me Giant food and puppy dogs theirs. Was well worth any and all time used to get free stuff.”

I took my fussy Min Pin/Chihuahua mix in to their November nail trim clinic and the woman doing it made him very comfortable and had it done within a couple of minutes! I will be back next month with my diva Cavapoo !”
