“My terrific experience every time I go into the UPS store on Ogletown-Stanton Rd. and Harmony Rd. in Newark deserves a shout out. They are always so helpful and nice, and very quick. It’s always a pleasant experience. Yesterday, I had a lot to do with something very important that had to go out and had to go out just the right way. I needed to make copies from my phone and I do not know how to do that. Mackenzie was more than helpful and did it for me, taking away all of my anxiety over having to get it done. “I have been going to AIM Mail Center in West Chester for the last few years and I am impressed. Joseph, the owner, is professional, courteous and gives great guidance when I don't know more than where I want to ship something. He has packed a computer and a separate very large piece of framed art like he is packing the Hope diamond. Joseph is amazingly patient. I have watched him greet people as they walk through his door and he is friendly to everyone. He knows many of them by name. He is an old-school business man and a class act. Knows his business well! This business offers many, many services like printing and passport pictures and processing as well. Highly recommend AIM Mail Center in West Chester.”

“I've worked with a lotta post offices in the SE PA area. This is the best I've had experience with, bar none. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable, and easy to work with. They understand my needs as a decent sized customer and make my life easy. I really couldn't ask for more. My total incoming/outgoing volume is around 600 packages a year for perspective. So not a ton but enough for it to be a real pain if they weren't so great.”

Stopped by Staples in between mobile visits for patients to return some Amazon items and ended up browsing the store a bit. Everything was well organized and easy to find, and they had a great selection of office and workspace supplies.
The Amazon return process was quick and seamless, and the staff was friendly and efficient. Even while they were busy, the line moved fast and I was in and out.
Definitely a convenient stop when you’re on the go—especially if you need to grab a few things while you’re there.”
