“Service agents , Jordan and Bruce, were dispatched the next day after a strange buzzing sound was being heard from my new Thermador steam oven. The installer of 30 years never heard this before and said call service.
We did not hear this noise when testing the oven in their Washington DC showroom in March Discussions were had with Thermador technicians and we were told that every time you touch any button on the steam oven - including the settings - it automatically dispenses the water pump. Doesn’t matter if water is in it or not. Doesn’t matter if you are using the oven or not. I will deal directly with Thermador on this - but it was a pleasure to work with Jordon and Bruce deciphering this issue. I appreciate their assistance.”
