“I called customer service about my dishwasher delivery. The young lady I spoke to gets the five stars her name is Carrie S. Carrie was tremendously helpful, outstandingly friendly, completely, and utterly knowledgeable about the ins and outs of appliance delivery. Carrie S deserves a raise. She went out of her way to rectify my situation. She deserves 10 stars.”

“We just left and had the best experience. Isabella in the door section was at her desk on the computer working when I asked if she had a second. She stopped what she was doing and spent the next 30 minutes helping us select our door, our storm door and our hardware. Thank you Isabella for your help. It’s rare to get this kind of customer service anymore. 5⭐️’s”

“My mother had a refrigerator installed and the old one moved to the garage and another taken away. Xavier and Bradley were spot on the entire time. They were in and out in less than 15 minutes, polite, courteous and professional. Couldn't have asked for a better team!”
