Just today, I had to take my car in because the belly pan was half dragging. Audrey DROVE me to work (only 8 minutes away) after I dropped my car off to them, and she came and picked me up when my car was ready. “I was out of town on a work trip and my water pump went out. I called them and they said they could examine the car, but 50/50 whether they were able to fix it that day. After learning i was almost 4 hours from home, they squeezed me in and got the work done for me and got me back on the road the same day. They employees were amazing and really helped me in a bind. There were so many other customers that came in and they knew almost every one. You can tell they really care about their customers and did amazing work for me even though I live far away. I will definitely use their other shops in the future.”
