“1st time dealing w/ them & super impressed ! Purchased RV bathroom faucet & small items … EVERYONE there although ( even though busy at the time ) was knowledgeable, helpful, & courteous. They took the time to explain installation & even small helpful details. Next day when putting it in I called having difficulty on removing old one … AGAIN they were very very helpful reassuring & encouraging with small helpful ideas. “Went to Hertrich Nissan for service on my first Nissan, Amanda treated me like royalty so much so that after I recover from my surgery and get back situated at work in about six months, I’m 100% sure I’m going to purchase my next vehicle from this dealership and it’s all thanks to the service that was provided to me. My local mechanic, who I trust with my life advised me that I shouldn’t get a transmission fluid flush on my nissan because I missed two cycles, but Amanda explained to me in detail what kind of transmission I have in this 2019 nissan and the importance on starting the cycle of transmission fluid flushing every 30,000 miles “now” because I still have a decent amount of mileage on my car which I thought was amazing advice, I was given an option of two different waiting areas which was also amazing, because I was able to embrace the environment of the second waiting area as well as complete some paperwork for my job in preparation for surgery and glacé at a new vehicle or two in the process. The car sales employees as well as the other employees were also very nice to me and made me feel at home, a car dealership should feel like an extended part of your family and that’s how Amanda and the Hertrich Dealership made me feel. I don’t like feeling pressured as I will not do business with anyone who makes me feel pressured, Amanda applied 0 absolutely “NO” pressure, she simply made a recommendation and left me to decide on what I want to do in the future which in turn made me want to spend money , because she built and established trust from the “door”.

“OK, 4.5 stars because Hertrich, not the body shop, needs to integrate their units so they can operate seamlessly (e.g., Service and Collision can't coordinate unless the service relates to the accident).The work itself was well done and delivered early. Paperwork was not complicated. Everything I needed to know was clearly explained.Scheduling is always a pain (we're all short staffed these days), but they worked with me the get an early date (I had to leave the car for a few days so they could fit the work around other jobs; no problem).Excellent staff.One worker had missed a form, but she was willing to stand in the rain while I sat in the car to fill it out (I'm no j**** I sent her inside and brought it in when I was done).Overall, an excellent experience. Don't have an accident, but if you do, these folks will take good care of you.”

“Purchased the 100XR LEER Cap for my LB Tacoma crew cab. From the ordering to install, exactly 3 weeks. Price was very competitive with other quotes (lowest price). Install only took 1 hour, easy wait with a Dunkin Donuts almost nextdoor. Staff was friendly during the ordering process and the tech showed me the operation and features of the cap's drop in front window, windoors, light and locks. The LEER cap itself seems well built, color match was perfect. Good experience overall, I would recommend this vendor for truck accessories.”
