“Had an issue with getting an appliance repaired and called Home Depot to tell them the problem. I spoke with the manager who had customer service take care of the issue and in less than 24hrs. everything was resolved to my satisfaction. Excellent service!”

“My wife and I love this store. I had a great experience this weekend with Jay and Ash buying a tool storage workbench. I generally find that Home Depot has more knowledgeable staff then their competitors and I can't recall ever having a poor interaction with the staff. That being said, Jay and Ash really went above and beyond for me on Saturday. After sharing my experience this weekend with my wife, she told me we are only "allowed" to shop at Home Depot from now on. :) Thanks Jay and Ash!”
