“We came home from vacation with a ton of laundry and the dryer died. Would not heat. Nikita came out and diagnosed the problem for us and ordered the parts. While it did take several days to get the part we were notified of each step in the process. Nikita was out yesterday to install the parts! He is very nice, thorough and knowledgeable. Very happy with the service that we received. Thank you.”
“The customer service at Aaron’s was amazing, and the movers were even better. They carried a stacked washer and dryer up three flights of stairs and were very patient the whole time (our apartment staircase is very difficult I my add) They installed and help us work the machine. They also joked with us and gave us good conversation the whole time they were there. I’m happy with their service and the product we received.”
“I took a chance and went to Home Depot in Glasgow Delaware to see if they had recliners in stock. Although they didn't have any in the store, they do carry furniture online. I've never ordered anything online so I didn't have a clue how to go about it. I asked the salesman in the furniture department if he could help place an online order for a double recliner loveseat I'd looked at on the Home Depot App. Wow! He was so helpful. When I asked about paying with a check or my debit card he assured me that either way would be fine and he had my loveseat ordered in less than 10 minutes. He was very patient and took the time to clearly explain everything in a way I was able to understand. I didn't get home and wonder if I'd missed any of his instructions. I was then able to track my purchase which was to arrive approximately in 7 to 10 business days. It arrived on the day they said it would arrive. I will definitely shop there again and will recommend it to my family and friends.”
“I used Home Depot to order a front door and they did not disappoint! Initially, I went to 84 Lumber, and they gave me a quote for a front door; however, it was bare bones and missing much of what I wanted. Larry Cochran, in the Millwork department was recommended to me and he was super knowledgeable and communicative. He met with me and listened to what I wanted, and he was able to easily develop a quote to match. Once I ordered the door he kept me and my contractor updated. If your in the market for doors, I highly recommend Larry!”

“Absolutely fantastic outlet. Just love the fact that you can practically get any tool/construction item/home fittings, etc. here. There's well catalogued isle wise sections, which makes it easy to find the item you're looking for. Staff are also helpful.”
