“I walked into this shop during one of the worst times I’ve had with my car — stressed, frustrated and not knowing what to expect. From the second I stepped through the door, everything changed. Caliber was professional, and genuinely caring. They listened to everything I had to say, explained the situation clearly, and made me feel like I wasn’t just another number. What impressed me most was the communication. They kept me updated every step of the way. I always knew what was happening, what they were working on, and when to expect the next update. That level of transparency made a stressful situation so much easier to handle. From the day I first walked in to the moment I got my keys back, the entire process was smooth, honest, and focused on me. The work was done right, the car looks and drives great, and I felt taken care of the whole time.If you’re dealing with a tough situation and need a shop that actually communicates and treats you with respect, this is the place. Highly recommend!”

“I am impressed by how fast MOT Auto Glass came out to fix our driver side window. I called them at noon on Monday, and they had fixed our issue by 10 am on Tuesday. A real person answered the phone when I called. He took my information, scheduled for the following morning, showed up at our home with the necessary parts, and fixed our issue. I highly recommend them. Thank you MOT Auto Glass!”
