When meeting he was familiar with the background of my claim. when looking at my vehicle he gave me cursory overview of the work needed. Next, he provided and reviewed me with a complete detailed estimate of the work and time frame of the work needed in a manner that was easy for me to understand. He also helped me understand the communications myself, Caliber, the insurance company and the car rental agency. All went as presented. We were notified upon completion. I was out of town on business and Matt followed up with me out of concern and making sure I know the pick up time with relation to the rental vehicle.The work on the vehicle was well done and in a timely manner. I dropped in without an appt on my way to work at my husband’s suggestion (he already had positive experiences there) bc my brakes suddenly started making a really terrible sound.
