Won't go back paid in self service hoses keep stopping and no one around to help with the issue. While spraying mu truck water keep stopping waster about 3 mins waiting for it to turn back on and yes it was on spray

FYI - they stop doing mini details at 4:30 even though they do not close until 6. I rushed there after work and got there at 5:15. I was told that the details stop at 4:30, and when I pointed out that there was no one else there but me and asked why they stopped so early, an employee shrugged and told me that’s just what the owner said. Super disappointed!

Used to love coming here for a quick wash and a mini detail. Today, looked at my receipt and the mini detail was $25. Couple months ago it was $17. They did do a better job than normal. Got into my truck and it smelt like straight vinegar. Never had this problem before. Disappointed for sure.

They're short staffed around noon, but when everyone gets there they do excellent work. Very happy with the mini detail they performed. I'll be back, now that I know when to go.

Came here to wash my whip! Went through the tunnel and it did an amazing job at cleaning the dead bugs and junk off my car I was actually surprised! I will definitely be returning here again !

I recently visited Diamond Car Wash in Middletown for an interior detailing, and I’m extremely happy with the results! The team did an excellent job – my car looks and feels brand new. The owner was especially kind and took the time to explain every step of the process, which I really appreciated. You can tell they truly care about quality and customer satisfaction. Highly recommend!

Low pressure. Cold water for rinsing, in Winter. Ice in the bays, as a result of both the cold water and that of snow not being removed fully. Items of trash, including nuts and screws seen in the self serve bays; posing unnecessary puncture risk. Even for 12 minutes at $5, this place does not deserve the star rating it has.

They do great work, but the audio dongle for my phone came up missing for a second and last time. They also put sour 99 on my radio, as a hip hop head this offends me as we came up in an era where if you couldn’t rap you didn’t. But really just pissed that I have to go find another audio dongle , don’t even care about the price just would of liked to of listened to music on the way home

They weren't busy when I arrived or when I left. They put lots of effort and stuff into cleaning the outside of my car. Then I drove around to get the inside cleaned. They did a crap job on the inside of the windows AND they put their dirty hands on the outside while they cleaned the inside! So, the outside has a hand print above every window!
