“Middletown store is beautiful! Bright wide aisles, lots of stuff on display, great fruits and veggies, great prices. BUT - no self-checkout. So at 3 in the afternoon on Monday, 5 of us stood in line as 1 clerk checked us out. It added an extra 8 minutes to our shopping trip so - 4 stars.”

“Um...the store was fine. We found what we needed. I'm a member and was surprised we were not asked if we were members so we could get our rewards. We wanted to make a vet appointment; however, after standing at the counter for over 20 minutes, we had to ask a customer who was waiting why no one was at the front desk. She said they were at lunch! Ok, so what about a sign about when someone would be back?! I thought that was incredibly ignorant with no regard to customer service. Why would I bring our animals there?????????????????”
