Will never go back to this location. Went to get a new phone , turns out I have to pay for it outright - no biggie , was going to. when checking out the phone kept coming up at half price , employee said it was odd but kept going along with it- even saying "well it ain't my problem if it's not right- you saw I tried to fix it". I proceeded to ask "Do you want us to come back, if it's giving too much issues we can come back" she replied "No no, we can proceed - not my problem if it keeps coming up the same way". Gave me weird vibes but proceeded anyway because I should trust the workers. Then 2-1/2 WEEKS LATER I get not just 1 but almost 5 calls from the employee to ask me if she can give my phone to her manager . As I am on the phone with the manager who acts no better then her employees stating "well it was a glitch in our system" - well the way your employee acted - she didn't care about the glitch. she proceeded to ask me about my schedule and when I can come in and where I work- very unprofessional. She was very pushy and disrespectful blowing my phone up And talking to me the way she was - I had to get back to work and she proceeded to say "I'll call you Thursday and check up" - No my boyfriend will be handling it because he was also there that night I am fine with paying the rest but to the way the workers proceeded with this issue was very pushy, unprofessional and disrespectful Horrible place- I advise everyone reading this to go somewhere else.

The Middletown Verizon staff is incredibly professional, patient, and willing to answer any questions you need. I recently upgraded my phone from the iPhone 12 Pro to the iPhone 15 Pro Max, upgraded my Apple Watch Series 4 to the Apple Ultra Two, and got my wife an Apple SE watch.My salesperson, Jordan, went above and beyond, assisting me and understanding the phone trade-in credits. They gave me well beyond my phone, and the Apple Watch was worth it now.Honestly, I could not ask her for a better phone experience.

Went over for a new phone. Sales guys did a pitch about a home internet service. Declined it. Kept pressuring it and still kept denying it.Wanted me to admit that “I didn’t like saving money” because I’m already content with the internet service I have and didn’t wanna raise my bill by $80 for a home internet “solution” I didn’t need.Have been going to the Middletown store for years because it’s the closest, but because of this last interaction, I may never set foot in there again…

This place was so bad I drove to Smyrna Verizon to be treated with at least some respect.I walked in and was immediately given an attitude by a lady. Then she basically made fun of me for what phone I wanted. She would get up and leave mid conversation. Then she was being very rude when I was trying to log into my Verizon because it took longer than 25 seconds. I didn't once do anything to provoke her and she seemed to just hate me from the moment I walked in. I don't know if she doesn't like white people or what but that is what it very much seemed like.Do not go to this store.

Came in this morning with a couple situations. All the rep did was write down a phone number and told me to call them to have things sorted out. The representative was incredibly lazy and per my issues was extremely disrespectful. Piss poor customer service.

I reached out to this store to get support for Verizon internet product (sound bar), initially they said their store is not handling that product, so i called customer care agent asked for assistance, customer care agent explained in detail and asked store manager to help, store manager initially accepted and disconnected the support call and then again she said she will not handle it with various reasons. It's really interesting to know that Verizon store team itself is not able to help customers on its own products. very bad customer experience

Jerome and manager Kelly were excellent! I had an issue with my mom's online account, which needed a resolution at a corporate store. After a few minutes, Jerome fixed the problem professionally and effortlessly. I definitely recommend the Middletown Verizon store!

Can't activate my new phone because I'm not the primary on family plan. Being forced to activate at home because the employee doesn't want to do his job its just being lazy. He would rather give me a phone number to call than simply do a service that the company pays him to do. This is a corporate location & they're charging $30 to activate a phone that is on their service. He's giving me the excuse the phone has to be on wifi. Why wouldn't a corporate store have wifi to activate the phones . The excuses & incompetence is ridiculous. I wouldn't recommend this location at all.

I normally hate going to Verizon, but If I have to go I will only go to the Middletown location. I worked with the manager and he was excellent. He answered all of my questions and told me stuff about our account that I didn't know and he saved us $20 a month. It was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend the Middletown location.
