“This is my second time coming into this Sephora, I was ignored the first time, I wasn’t going to come back but decided to give it a second shot and I’m glad I did. The lady I met today was wonderful. She said her name is Ayo, I hope I got the spelling right. She was the only one at the time but she was attending to all of us and was very helpful and apologetic which is totally understandable because we were about 6 people at that time. She had time for me and helped me with everything I wanted even made some recommendations and answered all my questions ( trust me I had a lot) the gentleman that later joined her was also nice as well, sorry so didn’t catch his name”
