Drive up and Go customer service person was awesome - Justice is ALWAYS so helpful and I appreciate all her extra assistance!!!! Hopefully Joe will see this and give her a day off with pay!!! She deserves it. The rest of the crew is awesome too. Thank you to all of you😊

“This is my second time coming into this Sephora, I was ignored the first time, I wasn’t going to come back but decided to give it a second shot and I’m glad I did. The lady I met today was wonderful. She said her name is Ayo, I hope I got the spelling right. She was the only one at the time but she was attending to all of us and was very helpful and apologetic which is totally understandable because we were about 6 people at that time. She had time for me and helped me with everything I wanted even made some recommendations and answered all my questions ( trust me I had a lot) the gentleman that later joined her was also nice as well, sorry so didn’t catch his name”

“I had a worker with blonde hair on the retail floor help me find a certain type of charger they didn't have it but he was super helpful anyways! The staff are always super nice and go out of their way to hunt things down for me when I'm confused! Such a big store!”
