“I had a very difficult problem with my washing machine that required a workaround that GE made to the computer board and the electrical ground connection due to a design flaw in some units.
Jason and his helper, Carter, installed the new parts. In order to do this, they had to take my washing machine off the top rack and take the machine apart.
I have never before been able to run the sanitize function on my washing machine and, now, for the first time in four years, I can! Thank you so much, Jason, (and Carter) for your wonderful service.
