Bad experience not a budget King Size Mattress Kingdown Prime on from Mattress warehouse Filed complaint and submitted pictures to show that the mattress was sagging. The company stated that it this for Third Party Inspection. No response received. Met with Manager of Mattress in ********** *******. stated that they have limited options. sent email to company regarding the complaint, but we have not received Beware beware no response again. Bottom Line the Mattress is visually sagging or indentation over 2 inches. When laying on the mattress it is very uncomfortable. We are now experiencing major back concerns. “Shopping for a mattress is about a notch below shopping for a used car. I've gone to many huckster big box mattress stores in the 45 years I've shopped for mattresses. And I've never met a mattress salesman I've ever liked, that is, before I went to Mattress by Appointment.I called and spoke to Matt and he was very accommodating to meeting me when I wished. The place is a hole in the wall but don't let that fool you. No big flashy sales room and no pushy sales people trying to sell you that $2500 mattress when you told them what your budget was.Matt and I had a lengthy conversation about what mattresses I've had, my sleep patterns and what I was looking for in a mattress.I felt a little like Goldilocks as I went from one bed to another. Matt, this one is way too soft, and this one is much to firm, this one is ok. Then Matt said try this one, I think you'll really like this one. As I settled into the mattress, I knew that it was THE one.I told Matt that is the one for me and I told him my van was broke down at the moment and I was waiting on parts, without another word, Matt said that's no problem, I'll deliver it in about an hour.Well, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
