“I recently visited the Macy's in Dover Mall. Teresa assisted me while she was working in the kids dept. I noticed her exceptional customer service skills with the customer ahead of me. When it was my turn, she convinced me to use my Macy's card, which I was reluctant to use and did not have with me. She looked it up and saved me money and I paid it off immediately which required her to look the account up again. She was so efficient and expedient. Kudos to Teresa, she deserves an award.
