If you are very young and don't mind sitting on the phone for years, you may have a chance of being connected to their customer service rep. Worst service ever, fast food counter help is more responsive.

Worst company!!! During this major cold spell, we need propane and can’t get them to delivery. We are at 14% in our tank!!!!

Will not pick up tank. Continue to charge bills after canceling service had to dig up the tank and will still not pick up the tank.Want to charge tdollars to pick it up
