“Great service and they always have my lamp oil in stock. Walked in for lamp oil, walked out with lamp oil and some new yard equipment! The folks are super helpful and knowledgeable. Great small town shop in a town that seems to really be hitting a growth spurt! If you're new to the area, these folks are super helpful with any project you may be working on, avoid the cruddy service at the big box stores and come chat with the folks here.”
“Posting this review in hopes that the management will see it and correct the issue. Firstly, I love this little hardware store. And as a woman, I’m generally not much interested in what’s in the hardware store when we go. But this little store is different. They have so many cute things to look at and the plants, oh my goodness the plants. They have e plants to look at seasonally. The staff is so very nice and friendly, and always happy to help. I’ve never met anyone there I didn’t like. But here’s the issue. Today (Sunday) I was there a little after 9 am. Grabbed the couple of things I needed, took a quick look outside at the plants and then headed for the check out. Oh my god. Much to my surprise there were about 15 ppl in line when I first walked up. Shortly thereafter there were 13. By the time I actually got to the checkout lady (who was so nice), there were close to 20 ppl in line behind me. There was only one lady checking ppl out. A few ppl asked her why she didn’t have any help. The next person comes in at 10 she said. A number of customers were annoyed by the wait. One told me it’s this way every Sunday morning. He wondered how many times it has to happen before Ace will fix it. We watched an employee make popcorn, and then watch it pop. I asked a very sweet staff member as I walked out why he wasn’t checking ppl out to which he told me that he’s “not trained to work the register.” I find this ridiculous. Perhaps you have your reasons for not cross training, but in the very least s hire additional ppl to work the regis . Check your cameras pls. Ppl will eventually get tired of this and just shop somewhere else. Chk your cameras pls.”

“Big fan of tractor supply for bulk pet food and bird seed. Also great for pet medical needs and way less expensive than trendy pet stores. The staff always help me haul heavy items out to my car!!!”

She helped me with a price match on Scott’s Lawn Soil that saved me $20 from a previous purchase and authorized my additional purchase that day. She explained to me the several transactions she had to make in order to complete my request. Thank you Eric!”
