“Bill is the first person you should call if you need any type of work done. I was traveling from Virginia with a 32 ft. 5th wheel rv and 1 ton dually truck that had a brake caliper lock up. This happened on a Saturday. I called Bill based on Google reviews, didn't leave a voicemail because he was not opened on Saturday. Saturday night he called me and wanted to know if he could be of service. I explained the truck issue and told him I needed the truck to move my rv from the state park Wednesday morning as they were full and I couldn't extend the reservation. He said he would try to get the parts and fix it Monday if he could. Sunday he texted me for some truck info so he could get the right parts..remember he is closed on the weekends. Monday morning he calls and says he can fix it that day. By 2pm on Monday afternoon the truck was repaired and working great and I was on my way. This is a man who truly does care about his customers and whatever he can do to help a stranger. He also had some very capable young men helping with the repair. Again if you need some work done while in the area Bill is the person you need. Thank you Bill!”
