“Update: 11/2023 . Ocean area Good Year did give a refund. Matt and John were very helpful . 10/2023 Went in for alignment. Pulling left, and Left note to make sure steering wheel was aligned, didn’t happen. The paperwork showed alignment was within range. Still drifts left. I don’t live full time in Ocean City. I’ll take it to my local service center in Harford County to make it right. 10/2023 Local service made alignment correct.”

It was seamless. Kaylee, I think that's her name, and the mechanic that explained the code to me were very friendly. I REALLY appreciated that they could squeeze me in that morning. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!”
