While my original experience at the store was accurately described and understandably frustrating, I also believe it's important to recognize when a company responds appropriately. Vickie assured me that the situation will be addressed and that additional education will be provided to the staff. That level of accountability means a great deal, and I appreciate the time she took to make things right.
Worst customer experience. Very rude manager. Ignorant uneducated staff that do NOT know fish! Very bad experience!

32369 Long Neck Road Suite 16, MillsboroOur dog, Bella, a 12 y/o Australian Shepherd-Poodle mix, was always reluctant to get out of the car at the many groomers we tried over the years, but then we found Wizard of Paws II. They use an open grooming environment, where all the dogs just form a new best friend's group every day, not confined at all, but free to roam about the grooming area. Excellent groomers, and bathers, attentive to special needs, like our Bella's breed (lots of skin bumps and tags that change her grooming landscape from month to month). Great cuts, a very calm and happy dog, and Bella knows she's looking good when we pick her up to go home! I highly recommend them!

Mine was shrimp and chicken in a pineapple, and my companion's was beef; his meal was so large it could have fed two (he couldn't finish it!). Every time we're on vacation in Rehoboth we make the trip to Raices--it's definitely worth the time!

The service is always great, the portions are generous and the food is always good. I especially like their broiled and fried seafood combinations. With either choice you can't go wrong for variety, taste and value. In my opinion it's the best deal at the beach. The meal includes shrimp, scallops, two kinds of fish a crab cake, and oysters depending on which one you choose. Other favorites include their open face turkey sandwich, huge cheeseburgers, stuffed peppers and of course their outstanding breakfast options. They also offer alcohol for those who care to indulge. I highly recommend this restaurant for value, quality and friendliness. You won't be disappointed !!!!

Now if you're from around these parts you're aware that holiday chicken left their recipe with Captain's Pizza, so anytime you're in the mood for some holiday chicken you can call up captains and they'll have it ready for you in 20 minutes
Well I'm not sure what's going on but the last three times I ordered holiday chicken and gone and picked it up I have been extremely disappointed with it. It's dry and while the outside crust is still delicious the chicken is smaller and dryer and it's the last time I'll be ordering Fried Chicken.
I guess it's the end of an era. $26.99 for a 12 piece bucket of chicken where you can't tell the difference between the thighs and the breasts (in size) and its all dried out, is hardly worth it.
I have no issues with their other food, just disappointed about the fried chicken.
