Nicely laid out, easy to access. In and out in no quick time. Also an opportunity to hit the BJs Wholesale Club next door for some shopping”

Only reason I'm not giving a 5 is because 99% of the items that have coupons on the app don't display at the product shelf showing there is a coupon available. many items have gotten smaller. yes they may be a little cheaper but Keurig pods were 100 now they're 80 quantity ,they're a little bit cheaper but I prefer paying more and getting the larger box. A1 and Worcestershire sauce is the same size you can buy in the food store 15oz Costco gives you the big 20 ounce bottles at the same price. I swear L'Oreal haircolor was a three pack now it's a two pack same price. because of location BJ's is my go to store. I only shop Stop & Shop or ShopRite for smaller quantity items.”

“I have just recently started coming to BJ's for my vehicle's tire needs. I have had mixed experiences so far but overall a positive review for BJ's tire center.
I needed 4 new tires and was able to take advantage from a deal going on. I didn't wait too long at all to get my new tires on my vehicle and me back on the road.
However, after 2 weeks, my back right tire kept deflating. I had errands to run so I figured I'd stop into BJ's to see what was the issue. I was checked in by a gentleman but wasn't told how long it would take or really any communication. Finally after about an hour of waiting, the technician came and told me he was about to start on my tires. He introduced himself as Victor, and asked my name. He gave me a hand shake and then got to work. He found the issue almost immediately and let me know it wouldn't take long to fix. He got it fixed up in about 5 minutes and didn't even charge me for the small piece I needed to resolve the issue.

It was busy when I went so I don't blame the guy who checked me in - he was dealing with multiple customers at once. But I did want to take the time to shout out Victor who was extremely professional and hard working. I was growing impatient but his demeanor and just how he handled the situation couldn't have been better. Great employee - deserving of a raise in my eyes.”

Angel, a new manager and fellow Meta glasses user, quickly understood the problem and led the team through a complete factory reset, app reconnection, setup, and thorough testing of calls, photos, audio, and other features. Their patience, technical expertise, and attention to detail ensured everything worked perfectly before I left. In a time when great service can be hard to find, the BJ’s Optical team exceeded my expectations and turned a frustrating experience into a positive one.
