“I'm giving APDR (and especially Dewane) a five-star review not because he did a great repair on my vehicle, but because he was honest and forthright about what the outcome may be if he had taken on the job. Dewane was really upfront about the fact that he could probably do the job, but the outcome just might not be as good as I wanted. I really appreciate the fact that he was looking bout for me..... outstanding customer service all around! I will definitely recommend APDR to friends who may need a repair!!”

“Wow!! What an incredible experience!! I had a dent on the rear passenger side door. The estimate that I got from Clear Definition was $1,100 cheaper than another body shop that I got an estimate from.
The work was done timely and the car looks great.
They were waiting for a pinstripe to complete the job. They called me twice to tell me that they call the place where they ordered the pinstripe from everyday and when it came in the job was complete!!
Also, I could not open the passenger side window from the driver side. I took the car back and after investigating the situation, Marty, reset something and the window worked!!
Again, an amazing experience!!”

“It's Lincoln city. Autobody now but they did an awesome job on my Camaro. They got me in very quickly for a very reasonable price. I had a little surface rust I wanted fixed and no one around works on that but they did. Fixed a minor mechanical issue, the bodywork is awesome the finish is great and the left the car in very clean condition. Don't let the outside of the shop make you worry. They are very reliable”

Pierce , the Estimator was Professional and Knowledgeable with all sorts of High Tech Software that communicated directly with my Insurance Carrier. I was given a date when the work was to be started and when it would be completed. Confession, prior to entering the Office I took a peek in to the shop through a small window and was impressed with how neat and clean it was , The work was completed a day earlier than estimated. Now this was not a 123 and finished. A huge truck and I side swiped each other requiring new doors quarter fender etc. yet when the work was completed
you would never know it was hit, alignment, paint etc like new. I

“Catastrophe struck and caught us off guard. Fortunately enough, we broke down in front of this Napa! Without missing a beat, the staff raced out the door to help us out. They advised us on various options that we had and went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of. They had us up and running in under an hour.
