“Shopping for a mattress is about a notch below shopping for a used car. I've gone to many huckster big box mattress stores in the 45 years I've shopped for mattresses. And I've never met a mattress salesman I've ever liked, that is, before I went to Mattress by Appointment.I called and spoke to Matt and he was very accommodating to meeting me when I wished. The place is a hole in the wall but don't let that fool you. No big flashy sales room and no pushy sales people trying to sell you that $2500 mattress when you told them what your budget was.Matt and I had a lengthy conversation about what mattresses I've had, my sleep patterns and what I was looking for in a mattress.I felt a little like Goldilocks as I went from one bed to another. Matt, this one is way too soft, and this one is much to firm, this one is ok. Then Matt said try this one, I think you'll really like this one. As I settled into the mattress, I knew that it was THE one.I told Matt that is the one for me and I told him my van was broke down at the moment and I was waiting on parts, without another word, Matt said that's no problem, I'll deliver it in about an hour.Well, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
