“I buy and sell sports cards. Any card I've mailed in any envelope always get to where it's going, whether it takes 5 days or sometimes 2 and a half weeks. Also any bubble mailer has gotten where it needs to as well. Shipped 115+ cards and counting right in the blue box outside, have yet to have an issue.”

“Efficient staff—ran like a well oiled machine. They were super busy but were getting the job done (pun intended). Joe was so helpful, efficient, and understanding while helping me apply for my updated passport. Just make sure for passport services that you come prepared with all of your documents, especially cash or a check and it’ll be a breeze. Kudos to Joe and the team!”

“Love the convenience of this location! Postal workers are always inviting, happy, and helpful. I usually go early in the morning, and I've never experienced a long line, so I'm in and out.. I typically will buy some stamps to collect and love when they remind me when new ones have come out!!”
“The Claymont Delaware Post Office is great. Friendly employees, easy free parking and always open during posted business hours. I drive from Aston PA and pass 2 other Post Offices just to visit this one. During the past few snow storms my 2 local Post Offices were closed. Especially the Aston location which always seems to open late.”

“This lady named Lisa is an absolute blessing to this post office. She was so kind and really helped me today. USPS needs more people like her and you would have better ratings. Maybe she should train people because she is awesome.
I really messed up my packages, but her reassuring kind voice helped calm me down and relax, so that I was able to get everything fixed.

“Never knew this USPS was here. Had to find the closest office to send my package. I should have read the reviews first to learn that this USPS is a manual one (never knew these existed hehe), which means they don't have a computer system, so no scanning whatsoever. As I needed my prepaid label scanned, I had to go to another USPS - the next closest is 4 minutes away at Thornton (behind Bierhaus). The young lady was nice and helpful. I am unsure the reason for this USPS location, when it doesn't have a computer system, but the location and building is very quaint. The building is right next to a railroad and the entrance is on the rail side.”
“as smb who goes to ph post office every week i can say that the girl that works at the counter 100% chill never gave me or others a hard time whilst in there (i come with 20-25 packages) and she doesn’t even complain a little bit about it, 5 stars”
“Lots of confusion here with this annex and the building it's in. The entrance used to be through the front double door but it's now the single glass door to the left of the loading dock. No signage but I'm certain that the people working here do a lot to keep the mail running in this community.”

“One of my go to post offices. I frequently go to post offices due to my job . The front counter guy is very nice and personable . If I’m in the general area I’ll stop at this one . Never a line to drop off packages . Very small inside .”
“Great staff and location for dropping off packages for online sales. I go 5 times a week and it’s a very busy spot! If your packages are labeled correctly you are in and out right away, otherwise you may have a long wait!”

“Giving 4 star just because my work got done smoothly, but it took some time.Kind of a secluded place but work gets done. Staff looked quite introvert and had to wait for some time until someone showed up at the counter. But later felt like they are ok to help with queries and process for the first timers, just look like they are not happy with the job. Overall decent for a quick mail or money orders.”

The post office only had 40 special stamps for our heavy wedding invitations so she input and printed 23 individual paper-stamps for the rest of the invitations so that we could get them sent out today. “I had an urgent document to send out, and on Saturday afternoon I drove 30 minutes to reach this post Office location before closing. Unfortunately, by the time I arrived it was already closing time, and I hadn’t even prepared the envelope and return envelope. The lady at the counter kindly waited for me for another ten minutes and even helped me correct my mistakes. I’m truly grateful for her patience and kindness.”
