Hi, I am incredibly late with my review, I was helped on 12 Oct 2023 and it was accidentally. I was calling to reach for the manager for a PA location in Brookhaven over an issue with in-store trade-in status and the delay some 2 weeks later. I was helped by, the new and current manager, I think his name was Bobby. He is incredible. He was so patient and empathetic to the situation and explained the process of what a typical trade-in in-store would be then proceeded to follow with information should a customer not have the typical experience and whom to reach out to. He is so knowledgeable with the procedure, process and explained so in a way he to ensure customers would understand what is expected . He did not have to stay on the phone with me especially when it had absolutely nothing to do with his store but I appreciate the information greatly. Bobby, and I really really hope that was your name, you were incredible and I truly appreciate your expertise and customer service on that call! If you are a current ATT customer I’d highly recommend the services here. If the manager has this empathetic behavior I’d imagine he’s helping the training aspect in store associates as well.

I purchased a phone for my daughter today. The manager who waited on us was knowledgeable about the product and store policies. However, my defenses were raised about certain aspects of the transaction. We had a damaged phone which appeared to be functional enough to reset it and obtain a credit towards the new phone’s cost. I made it clear that I wanted to make sure the trade-in would be available and that it would make the new phone free. Well, that didn’t happen. We couldn’t get the old phone to work so we ended up buying a new phone without trade-in credit. That’s okay. A couple of complaints that I have. We initially were shown a model that we intended to buy, but then were told they didn’t have one in stock, so we had to settle for the up sell. Not outrageous. I began to start to feel uneasy when the rep started ringing up accessories before we knew we had a deal on the new phone. I thought about aborting the purchase and that didn’t seem to sit well with the salesman. I was told, “ Fine. There will be a $55 restocking fee, regardless.” I said that if I decided to not buy the phone, I would not be paying that, as I did not tell him that we had an agreement yet. Then, the salesman got extremely personal in his communication… Practically calling me a deadbeat and telling me that I’m out of date as far as how business is conducted in the world today. He said he pays for what he buys, insinuating that I do not. I felt insulted, but my daughter needed a phone asap, so we paid for a new phone. As soon as the purchase was bagged and handed over to us, the rep walked away, without a thank you or asking if we had any additional questions. I am old school (soon-to-be senior citizen). I believe business should not involve personal affronts to the customer, and I believe a customer’s buying experience matters. Instead of trying to rush and secure accessory sales and $55.00 “re-stocking fees,” try being a little more professional and less insulting. Do better, Brandon.

Absolutely horrendous experience. Came in late November to purchase a new phone. We were sold a pre-paid phone instead of a phone going on my line. Had problems with the phone and finally found out that we were sold a pre-paid phone through customer service.Went to the store for an even exchange they did not have the phone so they went to another store the next day. We came in and the phone was suppose to be there at 1:30pm. The associate did not arrive with the phone until 3:30pm. We sat there while the associate with the phone worked at that other location knowing we were at the store. Will never go back to this store.

Jableek is beyond amazing. After struggling with customer service on the phone for two hours I came in the store and he took care of me in less than 15 minutes. He synced all of my accounts to one account and lowered my bill. Not only was he extremely professional But his customer services was hands down exceptional. You should consider him a value asset to your team and the AT&T brand.

Went to this location since another one steered me away from actually helping me, and Jableek was a gem! He helped me and three other people all at the same time with amazing patience! He really made the experience so easy! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!!

With the short staffing and a few costumers. That was inside woth issues. The gentleman who set my Firstnet acount up was awesome. He was friendly was able to help. Definitely needs a raise.
