22 Polly Drummond Hill Road, Newark DE 19711
“Fantastic mortgage experience, every time. This was my THIRD time getting/refi mortgage through them. Amy and Anthony are the best mortgage professionals in Delaware. They understand needs, find out best solution, and deliver on-time. Highly responsive, and each time they delivered best options with no need for explaining and minimal back and forth, and they are on your side. I trust them and highly recommend for your buying or refinancing. I am not sharing review because of any request, but sharing my honest opinion proactively, becasue I wanted to.”

“I am very thankful and grateful to have had Todd assist me today with applying for my credit card. I truly appreciate his patience, especially since my application had to be completed through a different process. We encountered a few issues along the way, but Todd remained professional and persistent and was able to get everything resolved. I am completely satisfied with the excellent customer service he provided. If I need any assistance, I would definitely come back here and look for his assistance again. I rate full star for his service.”

Didn't Realize it until the next day Friday 4pm ... on Saturday trying to get a new License from MVA maryland and do all the stressful stuff , I called this Wells Fargo location and spoke with a live person .... (ANGELA) Explained what all I should do and how to do it .. . She Made me an appointment for that Monday to come in and change my accounts .. as I was hustling around a hour or so later close to their closing time I called the bank back . I didnt get an answer . Frustrated ... I gave up.... 1 minute later I Receiver a Call from a Delaware number and it was Angela , asking if everything was OK... I was shocked to get a call back .. Turned a really bad experience into a better one having a caring person to talk to ... Thanks so much to Angela for all your help !!!!!!!!!!”

“I’m currently at the branch receiving excellent service, but I’m honestly shocked by the negative reviews on Google. Oh my god, the amount of negativity is overwhelming! What surprises me most is the management’s silence. Why isn't the bank's management reaching out to these customers to resolve their issues? It’s disappointing to see such a lack of engagement from management despite the great work being done by the staff on the ground”
