We had a great experience working with Oeut to purchase a new car. We traded in a 4 year old Honda with extremely high mileage. She listened to our concerns and laid out all the options for us. She was not pushy and gave us post of time to make the best decision for us. She was easy to reach via phone/text and even followed up to see how things were going a few days later. I highly recommend Hertrich Acura and Oeut!

I had a great experience at Hertrich Acura. Love my new RDX. Oeut is very knowledgeable and had me out for a test drive in less than ten minutes. She showed me all the technology features and answered all my questions. Michelle in finance is very kind and made everything easy to understand. Craig is pretty cool too. I recently purchased a new 2025 Acura MDX A-Spec Advanced. Let me start by saying this is an amazing group of employee's from my salesperson (Athena) to the sales manager (Lorenzo) to the people who detail the cars. A special shoutout to Glen who cleaned my car after service like it was his own and for him giving me a supply of tire shine as I mentioned I loved the the way the tires look. Its very obvious they all love their jobs working for the Hertrich family. They all went out of their way to ensure I was a happy customer. I've purchased many cars over the years and they definitely stand out as being one of the best! One final comment, I shopped the entire tri-state area and they gave me the best price on a trade in and final price. It was a hassle free negotiation. I highly recommend this dealer and would definitely purchase from them again.

Can't say THANK YOU enough to Oeut (sales) and Michele for making my purchase easy and very welcoming with NO used car sales pitches customers don't want to hear.
I have been on a 2 month search for an MDX especially for the amount of miles I drive for work and family. As an out of state resident I would highly recommend making the drive to purchase a vehicle from Hertrich Acura. Quick short story........ My job and role all revolves around teaching customer service and sales to hundreds of people in certain settings. I understand and look for the little things on how to close a sale or win a customer over. Hertrich Acura had the training, knowledge to make a customer feel welcomed. Buying a car is not fun, however I can't be more pleased with the staff and my purchase.
To the car dealers in south eastern Pa remember you never know who will walk in your door. Make sure your sales team respects, listens, comes to work looking professional.
As a customer judge the entire book of that dealership and ask your if you feel confident in turning over your hard money to that dealer.
Thank you Hertrich Acura as my experience will be used in my profession on my experience at your dealership.

Hertrich is the only place that I trust to work on my car. The cost is generally a bit higher than private mechanics, but remember you get what you pay for.

The entire staff, from start to finish, gave excellent customer service. Every little detail about the process was thoroughly explained, and everyone was so patient throughout spending hours at the dealership! Special thank you to Lorenzo for being so welcoming through it all! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good deal and a great carshopping experience!

Terrible. They just instituted a 2.17 surcharge if you use your credit card to pay. They simply don't care when you object - they suggested I go to the Pennsylvania Acura dealer because then I would have to pay 6% sales tax. Making people pay cash for their car service is crazy. Their service charges are expensive anyway, and now they add a surcharge or expect a cash payment. Oh, and they won't accept checks. Cash or debit only.

Lorenzo Anderson was amazing ! He made this process so EASY !! At first I thought the car I wanted was sold and the buyer couldn’t make the purchase. I went to outsource the car else where but had to wait a little longer. Mr. Lorenzo was nice enough to reach out to me to let me know the car was still available and would be happy to help me. I’m so glad I decided to go with his assistance. This was my first car and I’m so excited to pull off in my new baby !! If you need a car come here and ask for LORENZO !!!!

Lorenzo was extremely knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. He assisted my daughter with her first car purchase and I couldn’t have asked for a better sales rep. He went through each setting and feature of the car with her and made sure that everything was set up to her liking. Very simple process overall including finance.
He is knowledgeable on every year and model of Acura!! Would definitely recommend Lorenzo and Hertrich Acura for any car purchases.

Spent the better part of a day shopping at Hertrich Acura.
Observed sales representatives that work seamlessly with one another... that's rare in any dealership.
Lorenzo Hendricks displayed outstanding professionalism, patience and courtesy while helping my family purchase a CPO MDX... vehicle looks, drives like new!
Lorenzo also treated my family as if they were his own... the guy is awesome!
Save the stress of car shopping and just go to Hertrich. Well worth my hour drive.
