“staff was helpful and a pleasure to work with. I bought a unit with bells and whistles and am so glad that when I called for help with learning the ins and outs of my sofa recliner with blue tooth-charging-memory settings .........i got quick response and helpful advice. thanks guys!”
“I went to a handful of furniture stores over the last few weeks and ran into two scenarios - high pressure sales and sales people that didn’t seem to want to sell. Completely different experience at your store. I was greeted, asked what I was looking for, pointed in the right direction and left alone until I asked for help. This is the way it should be.”

“Shawn was my salesman. He was knowledgeable and polite. He didn’t assert any pressure to buy and I took the time I needed to make a decision on my purchase. Thank you”
“My wife and I purchased a full bedroom set from this location just last night. We did so following a weekend spent traveling to every furniture store in DE. What we found is that every chain furniture store out there carries the same sets with different names, and they are all catering to cutting costs at the expense of quality work. We were looking for something that was solid wood construction with clear high quality hardware, that would last a lifetime. This is hard to find at the box stores. These guys seem to specialize in American made quality and even some Amish built lines. We were able to find a great selection of sets that met and exceeded our build standard and their price was actually better than what the box stores were offering for their very small selection of quality lines. (1 or 2 options per store). They keep a modest number of pieces on the showroom floor, but once you go through their digital catalog with the sale rep, you will find that you can customize your options to fit whatever you are looking for. Its a shame that these kinds of stores are so hard to come by these days.”
“What a great experience! Our salesman Frank was very personable and listened when we explained what we were looking for. There was no pressure and we thoroughly enjoyed shopping at Ashley.”
“This furniture shop offers a great selection of quality pieces at reasonable prices. I was searching for a bedroom set and found exactly what I needed. The staff was very helpful and guided me through different options without any pressure. The ordering process was simple, and the delivery team was careful and professional. The furniture looks fantastic in my home. Highly recommended.”
“Absolutely impressed with this furniture shop! The showroom is beautifully arranged, making it easy to find pieces that match different styles and budgets. The staff were friendly, patient, and knowledgeable, helping me choose a sofa set and dining table that fit perfectly in my home. Delivery was on time and everything arrived in perfect condition. Great quality at reasonable prices!”
“The advent of online shopping is slowly killing the small store, so to find one still in operation is such a rarity and a real blast of nostalgia for people within a certain age bracket. The owner tries to open up by 12:00 most days and having reached a venerable age serving the model enthusiasts of his community has certainly earned the right to this eccentricity. For a relatively small property there is a good stock to browse through. Being a tourist from the UK I can hardly become a regular customer, but I can at least urge any model makers in the Chadds Ford ,Pa area to pay a visit, chat with the owner for a while and buy a few items however small. One day soon we will no longer be able just go look for something interesting and talk with someone of such experience.”
“Good evening Google Family. My very first time visiting this specialty shop. I was looking for birthday cards for AJ and Lee. Both birthdays are in September. They did not disappoint. They had lovely cards. I purchased two beautiful cards. My total was $11.98. Beth rang me up. She was hospitable and friendly. I signed up for rewards. I enjoyed my visit here today. Short and sweet!!! I will be back to shop again. Great shopping experience here today. Have a great workout, be healthy, fit and Fabulous!!!”

“Is it cheap? Yes
Are you going to find what you’re looking for? Maybe
Will it have a price tag on it? Maybe
Is the customer service friendly? Yes
Will you find fantastic deals? Yes
Does the store look like a tornado just ran through it? Yes
I don’t recommend coming here if you’re looking for a specific item, this is a place where you wander and never know what treasure you might find.”
“Stopped by on our way out of town. I had promised my husband no shopping. Boy am I glad I broke my promise for The Saltbox. Lots of stuff arranged very attractively with best prices I have seen for similar items! I talked to a couple of customers and Jennifer who was working there and almost decided to move to town right there and then! Everyone was so nice.It is a wonderful place to pick up beautiful home decor, fun gifts, and trinkets. One of the customers I spoke with was picking up inexpensive things to hand out to random strangers she meets just to brighten their day. I learned about the coolest bags from SeaBags there. I know what my beachy friends are getting for Christmas! It will be worth the trip back to The Saltbox.I definitely recommend to anyone and everyone visit!”
“Such a neat store with so much. Always drove by and never stopped in, and I wish I did sooner. It was much bigger than I thought. Drawing a blank on her name but the lady at the register was super nice and friendly. Will definitely be back”

“This was my first time ever visiting this store and I must say, I was extremely pleased and surprised! The selection of items, from clothes, to shoes, to food, to games was amazing!!! The prices are even more wonderful! I've always loved Tato Skins chips in the sour cream & onion flavor and was so excited when I was not only able to find em here, but found a family-size bag of them! I was also able to find some amazing warm clothes for my partner & myself, as well as some delicious snacks for our road trip. The cashier was also super funny, sweet, friendly, and helpful. 10/10 experience!”
“Our wall art arrived early. Thank you!
It is unpacked and soon to be mounted in our living room wall. Looks great so far!
It’s going to look very minimalist but I will send a pic once we get it up. Will probably be a few weeks given our work schedules. ?♀️
We just bought our first home and this is going to be the centerpiece on the living room wall as we get everything together ??
Thank you again!!”
“Quirky and eclectic. It’s so much so they even sell film here. Yes, photography geeks, they have film! What’s even stranger is the film prices were good. A friend ordered a 3 pack of Fuji Superia 400 35mm film for a really good price online. I found Lomography Metropolis and CineStill 800t in stock at this location and once again a really good price. I don’t use Fuji Instax film or disposable cameras but they have them too.”
“This store has changed, I love going in now! I was there on Monday to grab some things that my daughter wanted over the weekend and the girl with the pink hair and girl with purple hair were so helpful! After stopping in over the weekend which was also a wonderful experience with my daughter I wanted to surprise her with some of the things she had wanted. The girls working were all so helpful, the mood was upbeat and every customer in line left with a smile. Whoever is running this store now, there’s a huge difference and it’s a good one.”

“This location is like most ross, it's decent and staff was nice and friendly. The selections and options here are good. The prices can't be beat. Got a tie and belt for $20 at jcpenny with worse brands it was $80 so yeah.”
