It was moderately busy, but wait time was just about a minute. A friendly associate guided me to a selection, and I found a nice leather strap that fit the aesthetic. They even swapped the silver buckle for gold to match the watch! Took just a few minutes and I was so happy with the result! Will definitely be coming back to this shop. They were nice to me and so conversational! 10/10”

“Back in March of this year, I came across Van Scoy while looking up jewelry stores for engagement rings and gave them a call. I spoke with Parker on the phone and he extremely friendly and I explained to him that I was interested in purchasing an engagement ring for my girlfriend but didn’t know much. He told me to come in and I did the same day and Parker sat with me for almost an hour explaining every detail of what goes into an engagement ring. I had an idea of what she wanted so I was able to show Parker and he worked his magic trying to find the perfect match. He ordered several other diamonds for me to see a few days later. It took about 3 weeks for the ring to be sent out and made. I proposed to my now fiancé a week ago while we were on our vacation and the ring is so incredibly beautiful. I dealt with Parker and Mrs. Van Scoy and they made a stressful process, literally the easiest. Thank you so much for all our you help and getting the perfect ring made for my fiance! “Went this past Saturday and sad they are closing. Met Nola who was sweet and of course whatever o asked to look at she was helpful and told me how good it looked. I went since while closing they had a mega sale and 70% off was a deal. I did see a beautiful diamond and emerald ring however once there I found out the additional 10% off didn’t apply to anything that discounted. I said ok I can wait and see and was told that is the best price and I should snap it up before it sells. I was a little high pressure. She offered the clean my necklace and then Carl came over said nothing and basically told her no. I also wanted charms attached to a bracelet I had however they explained they didn’t know if they could do it since closing then no one checked and they walked away. Guess they only want to sell items now and now be the jeweler. Strange vibe for sure. She was pleasant and maybe with another $300 off the $3k ring I would have purchased it. She said at first it was but then said oh wait the tag is yellow I think so I need to check. Then she advised nope that is the final price. Easy mistake I do get that however again weird experience”

“I've known the Stein family for years. My mom's engagement ring came from Jimmy and both of my brother's purchased their engagement rings from Jimmy as well. Thankfully through the use of technology, social media, and a long history of trusting Stuart Kingston, I was able to buy the ring of my dreams. Edward walked/talked me and my mom (she in Delaware and I in Boston) through the purchase of a spectacular ring that I first saw on their Instagram page! “I had some earrings custom made in 10kt gold. I could not find my Guage earring in gold anywhere. I left one of my earrings with them for a model. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. They sent me a copy of the design from the model earring i left, using a designing software beforehand to confirm that everything was correct. I am extremely happy with the turnout. The whole process was complete within a couple of weeks, and they never never strayed from the original price i was told. Very professional and great prices.
