5 Stars thanks solely to Bria!
I’ve had my unit for about a month now and in the last week I have been contemplating moving to another storage unit place due to feeling like the price I pay is a bit high. Just when I started to explore other options, I received the kind of customer service that made my 100-and-some-odd dollars a month well worth it ! The other day an acquaintance left a good amount of my belongings outside of their storage unit which was on the other end of the place and expected me to move it all down to my unit on my own, this was done spitefully as they knew I was unable to lift some of these things on my own. As I began moving the stuff I could lift I was asked by Bria if I was ok. I asked her if she had a dolly and explained my situation. She said let me see what I can do for you, next thing I know I had two people there helping me move all of my belongings down to my unit. This made such an impact on my situation and my day as I was already rushing to get to my children and this unexpected situation was going to hold me back for awhile. I can’t say enough how much I appreciate Bria caring enough to find someone to help me. The level of customer service she provided to me far exceeded my expectations, and it made a world of a difference for my situation at that time. To be honest Bria saved me from having an emotional breakdown as I tried to figure out how I would pull this off on my own. There’s nothing I appreciate more than someone going above and beyond to help another person out. I want to be very clear when I say the solo reason I am choosing to stay with public storage is because of this interaction I had with Bria, as I said the customer service she provided me the other day was what made my monthly price well worth it. Thank you so much Bria ! My kids thank you too as I was able to get to my babies so much quicker because you went out of your way to find me some help. I will end this review by saying I have worked in and managed restaurants for almost 20yrs now - obviously the goal is to provide exceptional customer service, so It’s not often that I say I’m impressed with the customer service I’ve received - but I was BEYOND IMPRESSED with the way Bria went about my situation. THAT is the standard of customer service and professionalism and dedication to the job I seek out in potential job candidates. She sets the bar high that’s for sure! And Human to human - thank u for caring Bria !

Recommend. Customer service was great. Bria took time to explain things, answer questions, and give recommendations. The premises are in good condition and easy to enter from both directions on Churchman's Rd. No climate control and need to bring your own light to the outside units, but that's fine with me.
