this place Is an absolute scam. the first month was free, minus the $30 administrative fees. Then it went up to $146 the next month and then a month or so later it went up to $178. On the 7th month, the fee went up to $237. How do they get away with this and why does the price keep going up???? (10x20 unit)

God Awful. Spent an extra hour and a half moving things out of a unit because, surprise, for a third day in a row no one was in the rental office to give us a cart, much less use the restroom.
Had the audacity to call my friend back when corporate got involved and bold face lied that she was "there the whole time" despite us and another truck with a special needs child having to lug everything by hand. At least we got a good workout?
Go anywhere else. Literally a ditch on the side on the road is better.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. It is insane how poorly managed this facility is. There is hardly ever anyone in the office and the carts and bathrooms are always locked away/only accessible from someone with a key. Since there is hardly ever anyone there, consider those benefits non-existent. When there are people in the office they are extremely rude, especially the manager who accused us of illegally dumping in the trash (which we didn’t) when we were simply asking for access to a storage cart. I would warn everyone from using this facility. The smaller private owned facilities in the area are more affordable with way better customer service.

Carter was amazing in helping me get my rental unit set up and showing me the different sized units I could choose from, as well as explaining the pricing and insurance options.
