Even though my use for the storage was short it was flawless from start to finish, all of my questions were answered with no hesitation. The front desk customer service was like no other. I would totally recommend them to anyone need short or long term storage 🙂!!

I have the same problem as others have stated. They lure you in with a low rate and then constantly raise rates. I'm now at $340.00 for 10' x 15' which is currently offered online for $130 and in store at $163. Currently coming up with a plan to move my things ASAP. Beware of you plan to rent more than a few months. And I've always paid on time the same as others have stated.

My family needed a storage unit for a few months, and even with so many facilities in the area, it was really difficult to find one with availability. Thankfully, I got in touch with Ashley—she was an absolute lifesaver. Incredibly helpful, super friendly, and full of useful information, she made the whole process so much easier. Despite the stressful situation, this turned out to be a great experience overall. Highly recommend!
