5 stars!!! I must say 100% I will be back! Elaine and Erica both provided me with excellent customer service today. They both went above and beyond trying to get me the best rate possible looking at all possible ways to return my Christmas package back to the sender, which was overseas! they both were so caring and so helpful and it’s very nice to see family businesses that still go the extra mile for a customer.

Elaine provided excellent assistance in arranging the pick-up, custom cardboard crating and shipping of a large decorative object purchased from Uniques & Antiques Auctions. The item was fragile and unwieldy but the packing/shipping option we decided on was more cost efficient and turned out to be as safe as a wooden crate shipped via freight. This was the most impressive cardboard container I’ve ever seen. Thank you Elaine (and staff) for a job well done!

I had a fingerprinting appointment at a different business and when I showed up nobody was there. I found out that the Mail Box Store of New Castle also had fingerprinting services and walked in to their location. They could not have been nicer or more helpful. They helped me change my appointment and took my fingerprints right away. Great customer service! The two women that helped me were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. Thank you!!!

I was looking for compliant photos for my Canadian passport renewal. The employees at the Staples store that I went to, and Fedex employees, are apparently prohibited from stamping or writing the business address and date on the photos (Passport Canada requires that this be written or stamped by the photographer). USPS only offers US Passport photos (different dimensions).
Visiting this small business was definitely the right call. Ehmonie had not encountered this request before, but she was very friendly and very helpful, and we got the job done. She also helped me to copy the pages that I needed before also helping me to mail off my application.
Very friendly and helpful staff, including the self-described "short(er) one."
Services very reasonably priced (this business cannot control the courier charges).
Very glad I stopped by here and would gladly patronize this business again.

So I came here based off the reviews, and I have to say that I am disappointed and will not be returning here. I was having difficulty with some of my packages, and Elaine made a snarky comment. It was unnecessary and unprofessional. I was very respectful towards her, so I did not understand her rudeness towards me. As an owner, you would think she would offer good customer service. The positive things that I will say is that the store is neat, clean and organized. As someone in HR, attitude and tone is everything. Be mindful of how you speak to people. That is all I have to say. Have a blessed day!
