The sales people at this Toyota dealership are very arrogant. I was trying to negotiate because price was too high. They said what the price is on the vehicle is the price. If you don't want it someone else will buy is basically what he said from NJ. I was a Toyota person, but now have switched to Acura.

Service sucks they want you to keep coming back instead of doing what you asked for on that day .. I need my car fixed not keep sending it to the shop ever other day find another dealership to take your car too. I give them no stars well I had to give them 1 star to post but they get no stars company not with it.

Jamar Rankins was professional and just an awesome guy. Key is to have that conversation with the customer and not come across as your telling me. Jamar was spot on and made me feel good about my decisions on what needed done today and what we will do on next trip.

The prepayment plan that includes oil change, tire rotation, general diagnostic, and car wash work well for me. I am in and out relatively quickly, which I greatly appreciate.

Took my car for service, world standard transmission fluid exchange. Appointment was readily available, I asked about cost for the service over the phone. When I got to the dealer, they added 17$ for "shop fee". I told them that was not disclosed to me when I made appointment over the phone and I had inquired about the cost for the service. I was told every service includes the shop fee and advisor wasn't sure why I was not told about it (I had serviced my car there before and this was never the case, I did the same service for my truck and didn't have to pay this "shop fee")They took the car for service and called an Uber for me to go home while they serviced the car. I was told when car was ready for pick up, they would call me and get an Uber for me to get picked up at home and get to the dealer to pick the car up. Service advisor did call me to let me know car was ready, and said he would be setting up the Uber, but he didn't. After numerous calls, I got in touch with another person at the dealer who was able to help me get back to the dealer and pick up the car. They were doing also a "complementary multipoint inspection", but when I got the paperwork after I paid for the service, the report was missing, had to wait longer in order to get the report.Service advisor had an unfriendly attitude.

Price sales and service departments are amazing i bought my 2018 Tacoma and my son 2018 Camry from them I was extremely pleased with there service. Since buying my Tacoma from them I have only used them for all my service they are honest and provide amazing service while be extremely accommodating.

beware!!! do not sign up for price care, it's a rip off. $299 for 2 oil changes, 4 tire rotation, 2 years roadside assistance (includes towing up to 25 miles). woke up this morning to a vandalized car. back window obliterate, windshield smashed with a hammer causing a spider web and 3 slashed tires. toyota will not pay for towing because car was vandalized and i would have to pay out of pocket. the pamphlet says nothing about vandalism but when i signed the contract i didnt read the small print so i'm responsible. they don't care and just about chastised me for not reading the small print. it only benefits them. basically they are telling me bend over and take this big dick up your a*** they will never ever see my shadow again. they don't care, so they can go to hell

Brought my Prius in for repairs. I assumed I was getting a fair quote (parts & labor combined). They completed the repairs in a little over 2 hours. When I saw the invoice the labor portion of the bill was $900. $900 for 2 hours work! They explained it away by saying "oh that's the matrix all dealers use because sometimes the job can take longer due to the skill level of the person making the repairs.You don't pay the standard hourly rate", which I was told was $150/hour. Looks like "The Matrix Has Me". I agreed to have the work done, so My Bad. Dave B.

These people are nothing but liars. We were told by Charlie when we bought our 2020 Toyota in April of this year we had a new car battery. So tell me why it's now October and the battery is dead? When I called to get this covered under the warranty it's not covered? Then all of a sudden we're being told they don't change the batteries on cars but when it was tested it was in outstanding condition? So either they lied then or they're lying now. Either way Charlie & Tim are liars and will tell you whatever you need to hear to buy a car. I shouldn't be told batteries just fail on a 2020 car bought in April, that's just back business and equally disgusting customer service. Run as far as you can from this place

They dealt with me so badly here. Spoke to me as if I wasn't the one working and paying for my own car. I ended up selling my 2020 car and got a Honda because I was just tired of dealing with Toyota. I would never buy another Toyota again in life.

I scheduled my appointment online. A courtesy vehicle took me home and picked me up when my service was complete. My service was performed, and I am pleased with the service as always. When I bought the vehicle, they drove the car off of the showroom floor as it had all of the amenities that I required. I was impressed then, and still am. Have started taking my vehicle here after moving to Wilmington. The building is clean and the reception staff is friendly. Unfortunately, they aren't customer focused. They do everything they can to avoid having to give you an Uber or Lyft when you drop your car off. They recommend unnecessary repairs. They don't always call back to review the covered inspections. Mediocre for a Toyota dealership and service center. Definitely below what I expect from Toyota.
