This is a pharmacy and they sell other products. The store is well located and has free parking. The products sold are moderate prices and it is easy to purchase.

I was looking for a drink and found some Arizonas. A big cart of water bottles was in the way so i ask the lady if i could move it. She grabs the cart with an attitude . As i try to open the sliding door she says to me hold on in an annoyed tone. And gestures to grab the drink i do and leave. She pissed me off and i was trying to be nice so i didnt say anything she was a black older lady restocking waters at 12pm.

I have noticed that one of the attendants at this Walgreens, a young black man with curly hair, consistently displays a poor attitude, particularly towards Hispanic customers. He does not greet customers at checkout and often ignores questions when approached. This kind of behavior is disappointing and does not align with the level of service I expect from Walgreens. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and ensures that all customers are treated with respect and professionalism.

Please go elsewhere to fill a prescription. They took three entire days to fill a prescription for an antibiotic for my child.

Had a prescription sent over at 10am, when I called to check on it the pharmacist DELETED the prescription, blamed it on me and told me at 6pm to call the doctor to resend it. She was extremely rude and not compassionate or understanding at all. Than hung up on me when I asked to talk to a manager. I will never use this pharmacy again. They do not care.

This store should be closed! The employees are useless, rude and just don't care, and the manager is worse than they are, or maybe it's just stupidity. I went to the store at University plaza and they were really helpful and compassionate. I'm calling my doctor today to change my default pharmacy from Community Plaza to University Plaza. It's a little farther away but I'll drive the extra distance for the better service

If I could rate this pharmacy zero stars, I absolutely would. I sent my prescription to this pharmacy because it was so close to my home, so I thought it was convenient. This is the worst experience I have ever had trying to fill a prescription in my entire life. The people that work in the pharmacy are rude, insensitive, inpatient, and treat you like your stupid. They are always out of stock of medication, than everyone that you talk to gives you a different time frame of when they will have it back in stock. One of the employees never asked my information, or what medication I was inquiring about before telling me that they would get it after 4:00 the following day and tried to rush me off of the phone. Only after I called her out on it, then she asked what the medication was that I was inquiring about, put me on hold for a solid 15 minutes, then returns to inform me that if they ordered it that day, MAYBE it would be at the pharmacy by next week. I just couldn’t imagine if this was. Medication that I needed to keep me alive and well. Luckily it was not. The coldness and blatant uncaring nature of this pharmacy is appalling. I switched back to rite aid the next day, and had my medication within an hour. Don’t use this pharmacy. You will regret it.

This Walgreens pharmacy is an absolute pathetic excuse for a pharmacy. I cannot tell you the amount of times that you will go in and see the employees just standing around staring off into space, while the line is halfway down the store. I’ve had to go waiting 24+ hours for my sons needed asthma medicine. Avoid at all costs.

The worst WALGREENS PHARMACY EVER! stopped going here last year when my monthly script was being held for approval because the pharmacist was cited and wasn't doing his job correctly. Started coming back again recently and they refused to transfer a script from a walgreens further away. Won't be coming back here at all anymore. Is a shame because no other walgreens causes problems for me like this one does

Pharmacy is the worst, don’t call, email me, or text me, that my medication is ready when it’s not. Then I see staff lollygaggin. I literally have to call ahead of time that’s WHEN I can get someone to answer the phone and ask, “is it ready ready?” Or you just have it in stock ready? Terrible, terrible customer service
