“Scott was the one who gave us our tour while shopping for apartments. He is awesome and honest with you. He doesn’t just try to sell you a place but looks for your best interest. If you plan on touring the apartment complex I would highly recommend asking for Scott to be your tour guide!”
“Been here a few years. I like living here. I like my townhome. My only dislike is that they host these community events, which is great, but the events are always during work hours! Like on a weekday in the middle of the day (ending around 2-3) so my family and probably many others can never go!”

“I popped in on 8\\22\\2025 on a whim just to see if they had some physical literature on their dwellings. The front desk lady, Destiny, was very professional, lighthearted and prompt.. She was great. Within no time she gave me the documents I requested and was able to show me a tour of the model. Very accommodating even on a spur of the monent visit with no prior warning or heads up. Mad props to Destiny.”

“The Vinings is a great place to call home. I moved here in 2022 and it was the best move. The staff are very nice and on point. The maintenance crew are very nice and responds in a timely manner when needed. Shout out to all the ladies in the office for your kindness and always getting the job done!”
