I've never had a bad experience at Cavaliers. Management and maintenance are all so friendly and accommodating. They've made numerous upgrades and I love the floorplans. My little guy particularly loves the tall/long windows!

I have lived here for over 3 years. The office staff Jamie and Jen are great, Maintenance does a fine job closing work orders . We also have brand new windows ! The window manager Tom said we are getting new front doors as well. So is it pricey, yes but they are putting some money into improvements.
