Good salesman and door greeters, just not so happy about the prices of the electronics. I went in to look for a phone case ended up being sold out of cases and ended up wasting my time. Ended up ordering off Amazon for almost half the price.

My experience has been absolutely terrible with this store. The manager is incompetent, corporate doesn’t give a damn either. To hell with this place.

I have been to plenty of Best Buys and this one is better than average but not the best. It's tucked away in the back of the Christiana Fashion Complex so you have to go through a gauntlet of traffic to get there. The store layout is fine, they have a huge in-store pick up section for online orders. It always amazes me how long their in-store pick up line is, even after I give the Best Buy employee my order number, they always come back to the counter with some of my items but not all like it's some kind of scavenger hunt for them back there The app said my in-store pickup order was ready, so why isn't ready? I want it "all in one bag ready"and I can just leave. That's why I did online in-store pick up, I don't want to wait for my order to ship. I don't want to wait in lines at the store. I just want to scan my phone, grab my items, and leave. The Concord Pike Best Buy almost has it, they have a locker system that you access outside the store. It's new and when it works it worked well but a few times the locker system was down and I had to go in-store.

Best Buy protection plan does not replace the product purchased. Even though it says it does, if you purchase an item during a Black Friday sale, the warranty will not replace the product. They can't fix my item and they will not replace it as stated in the warranty because the item is not on sale right now. so they only want to give me a store credit. I didn't protect the sale I protected a product. crazy!

Talk about Smart TV paradise! I'm hooked! Bestbuy is about to discontinue selling Blu-ray Dvd's and focus primarily on electronics. I just brought a new Samsung TV to update my family room. I'll always choose BestBuy! Because they price match it's competition. A great future in today's world of technological advances in TV entertainment. I'll keep coming back too!

This Best Buy is special. There are actually some very well-versed folks in the appliance section who are both knowledgeable and interested in helping solve family objectives. After always buying in Lowes, it was a refreshing experience of people actively seeking to best serve you verse just seek for an up-sale.
