Throughout the process everyone we interacted with was kind and helpful, especially Katelynn. She works at the front desk and she was pleasant the entire time. She's very knowledgeable, had good communication, and you can tell she really does care about the customer. Its rare for businesses to offer service like that, but it means a lot and is a big reason why we'll be back if we ever need another repair in the future. 5 stars for sure, we definitely recommend for others.”

I didn’t have much to go on when I was searching for a shop to repair my front right fender after an accident, especially since I was paying out of pocket instead of going through insurance. In my 2019 Dodge challenger so you can only imagine what it did to the left side of my 2 door car... But let me tell you i went to pick up my car today, and you couldn't tell it was involved in an accident. They went over and beyond exceeded my expectations. I bought it in with a completely different front bumper (color and all) than what originally came on the car and they were able to make it look exactly like the original one. “First, I'm not an automobile expert, and thankfully, don't feel the need to be because I trust the staff and technicians here. One less thing to worry about - that's worth a lot these days.
I brought the old 2015 in for an oil change and planned to wait in the waiting room, but ended up with some additional service needed after the inspection. Since it was going to take a few hours for the extra repairs, they offered to loan me a vehicle so I could go about my day.
I wasn't expecting that at all. Maybe it's a common thing these days? In any case, I was really happy to not wait there for another 3 hours, and instead, able to finish my errands.
Further, I really like the video walk-around because I was able to show my husband exactly what issues were found.
While I had a larger bill than expected at the end of the day, I also left feeling safe. That's priceless.
